PJ's Baby & Children's Wear is a UK based company. When placing an order with our site, you agree to accept these terms and conditions which are for your benefit as well as ours. We may from time to time, revise or update them

Payment Security  is very important to us here at PJ's Baby & Children's Wear. Your card details are encrypted and dealt with by Paypal. These are not accessible by anyone at PJ's Baby & Children's Wear. You will receive an e-mail to confirm your order once a purchase is made

Placing Orders can be carried out securely online 24 hours a day at www.pjsbabywear.co.uk  by phone on 01268 766593, by e-mail to sales@pjsbabywear.co.uk  or by visiting us at our shop in Wickford High Street, Essex. We are open Monday to Saturdays 09:30 to 17:00.

Postage will be applied on order based on using our standard delivery method. Delivery will normally be handled by Royal Mail however, alternative methods can be used but this may be subject to additional delivery charges that may be applied after the order has been placed. Items can be collected 'free of charge' from our shop Monday to Saturday's. Further details can be obtained by     e-mailing Enquiries@PJSBabywear.co.uk

Orders will be attempted to be delivered within 7 days however, personalised products may take longer as they are all made to order

Prices are all inclusive of VAT at the current UK VAT rate if applicable.

Returns will only be excepted if faulty, damaged or an error has been made. Please contact us immediately upon receipt on sales@pjsbabywear.co.uk or 01268 766593 should there be an issue with your item
